Returns & Refund Policy for Oasis of Treasures

Thank you for shopping with Oasis of Treasures! We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

  1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 7 days of the purchase date. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
  • To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • We will not approve returns of items with missing pieces, show signs of use, or are damaged in any way not caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Sanitary items, such as baby teethers
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, go to the “Orders” section in your account, locate the order you want to return, and click “Return”. Select the item(s) you wish to return using the checkboxes on the left, choose a return reason category, and provide details in the text box. If you received damaged or defected items, please make sure to attach clear photos showing the damage, you may attach up to three photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund if the item is found to be defective or damaged upon review and approval. Our customer service team will review your request and will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning purchased item.

  1. Refunds

Refund Eligibility
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund within 2–3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. Exchanges

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for purchased items. If you would like a different color or item, you will need to return the original item following our return process described above and place a new order for your desired product.

  1. Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, modifications (such as changing items, colors, or quantities) are not possible. However, you may request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible through the Contact Us form. We’ll do our best to cancel it, provided it has not yet been processed or prepared for delivery. If cancellation is no longer possible, you can still return the item after delivery, subject to this Returns & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
